  5. Provide Project Details: In your post, offer comprehensive information about your project (see also “Suggested Criteria”), including:

  6. Project Name: Clearly state the name of your project.

  7. Location and Registration: Specify where your project is situated (if you have coordinates, that's great). Please state your registration status, whether your project is registered as an NGO, CBO, charity, or other entity, and in which country it is registered. If you are not yet registered, please contact me so we can guide you through the process.

  8. Establishment Date: Indicate when your project was established and whether it's new or ongoing.

  9. Project Description: Elaborate on your project's goals, objectives, and its role in environmental conservation or addressing climate change.

  10. Future Plans: Explain your strategy for sustaining the project into the future and outline your long-term goals.

  11. Funding Needs: While we encourage individuals to fundraise independently, you may still outline any financial requirements and how funds will be utilized. If necessary, include a breakdown of expenses.

  12. Donation Options: Provide information on how individuals can contribute financially to your project. If you prefer to use a crowdfunding platform or have a website with a donate button, I can provide relevant links.

  13. Submit Your Post(s): Review your post to ensure accuracy and completeness. Then, click on the "Submit" button to publish your post.

  14. Engage with the Community: After your post is published, interact with other forum members by responding to comments, answering questions, and participating in discussions related to your project.

  15. Update Your Post: Keep your project post up-to-date with any new developments, progress, or funding milestones. (see suggested criteria)

  16. Opt-in for Collaborative for Change to Share Your Project Posts: Agree for Collaborative for Change to share your project posts on their social media accounts.

  17. Agree for Collaborative for Change to Potentially Feature Your Project: Give permission for Collaborative for Change to potentially feature your project in a blog post, explaining how it contributes to the broader goals of ecosystem restoration or climate change mitigation.

  18. If you have any questions or need assistance with any of these steps, please don't hesitate to contact me at info@collaborativeforchange.com.
